phmacoa is open only to individuals aged 21 and above who are physically located in the Philippines. You must provide accurate identity information and pass KYC verification. Accounts opened with false information will be terminated and balances forfeited.
Each individual may hold only one active phmacoa account. Multiple accounts for a single person — whether using different names, contact details, or payment methods — are a material breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being permanently closed.
All bonuses and promotional credits issued by phmacoa are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds prior to meeting requirements, or using bonus abuse strategies, will result in forfeiture of the relevant bonus amount.
phmacoa provides responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, session timers, and self-exclusion. Players are expected to use phmacoa for entertainment only. If gaming causes financial or personal harm, you must use the self-exclusion facility immediately.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of phmacoa shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts and PAGCOR's dispute resolution process.
phmacoa reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of phmacoa after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:
By accessing or using the phmacoa Platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, creating an Account, making a deposit, or participating in any game — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

Each natural person may register and maintain only one (1) Account on the phmacoa Platform. phmacoa uses automated and manual checks to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, phmacoa reserves the right to close all associated accounts and retain any balances therein in accordance with applicable law.
phmacoa accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved payment methods including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. All monetary amounts on the phmacoa Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless expressly stated otherwise.
All games offered on the phmacoa Platform operate using independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing equipment overseen by trained croupiers in certified studio environments. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phmacoa Platform. Violation of any of the prohibitions below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

Upon termination of an Account for cause, phmacoa will undertake a review of the Account balance to determine whether any portion is subject to forfeiture or must be returned. Real Money Funds deposited from legitimately verified sources will generally be returned net of any amounts subject to forfeiture, subject to applicable AMLA and PAGCOR reporting requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phmacoa's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phmacoa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, emotional distress, or reputational damage, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if phmacoa has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
phmacoa does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption, error, or data loss. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events (including internet service disruptions, natural disasters, and government directives) may cause temporary Platform unavailability. phmacoa will make reasonable efforts to minimize such interruptions and to notify Players in advance where possible.
All content on the phmacoa Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, data, and user interface design — is owned by or licensed to phmacoa and is protected by applicable Philippine intellectual property laws and international conventions.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without phmacoa's prior written consent. Unauthorized use of phmacoa intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.
phmacoa collects, uses, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act (Republic Act 10173) and phmacoa's Privacy Policy, which is available at phmacoa.com/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the data handling practices described therein.
Your personal data is used for Account management, KYC verification, payment processing, PAGCOR regulatory reporting, AMLA compliance, responsible gaming management, and improving the Platform. phmacoa does not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes.
You have the right under RA 10173 to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data held by phmacoa, subject to applicable legal retention requirements. Data subject requests may be submitted to phmacoa's Data Protection Officer at [email protected].
In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the phmacoa Platform, you agree to first contact phmacoa's customer support team at [email protected] to attempt informal resolution. phmacoa will acknowledge your complaint within forty-eight (48) hours and will undertake to resolve the matter within fifteen (15) business days, subject to the complexity of the dispute.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly between you and phmacoa, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process, which serves as the primary regulatory arbitration mechanism for licensed online gaming disputes in the Philippines.
Disputes relating to specific game round outcomes are resolved by reference to phmacoa's server logs, which constitute the definitive record of all wagers, game results, and financial transactions on the Platform. Where server log data conflicts with the Player's recollection or on-screen display, the server log shall be conclusive.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to Republic Act 9287 (Anti-Illegal Numbers Games Law), Republic Act 10173 (Data Privacy Act), Republic Act 9160 as amended (Anti-Money Laundering Act), and applicable PAGCOR implementing regulations.
Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms that cannot be resolved through PAGCOR's dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
phmacoa reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect changes in regulatory requirements, Platform operations, payment processes, or gaming offerings. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date, except where regulatory or legal compliance requires immediate implementation.
The version of these Terms published on phmacoa.com/terms-conditions at any given time is the operative version. Your continued use of the phmacoa Platform after the effective date of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request closure of your Account before the amendment's effective date.
